We establish trusted capital infrastructure in communities.

Built for Southwest Florida. Designed for Legacy.

Cap Table Nation is the alternative and venture capital infrastructure of Southwest Florida. We’ve built the tools, partnerships, and capital pathways that help investors deploy their funds into businesses that are shaping the future of Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, and Sarasota counties.

Our platform brings together investors, entrepreneurs, and regional leaders to activate capital that strengthens communities. Through deep relationships and a shared system of support, we’re creating a lasting economic engine that delivers financial and social returns.

What we’ve Built.

At the heart of Cap Table Nation is our 12-Tool Infrastructure- a system designed to make investing in Southwest Florida easier, smarter, and more impactful for everyone involved. The “nation” of Southwest Florida has limited private capital and no structure, history, or culture for alternative and venture capital. This created difficulty for operating companies to raise capital. So, our 12 carefully curated infrastructure tools make the process of capital raise, recruitment, back office and deal-sourcing easier, and less expensive.

We’ve helped launched the first two private capital funds in Southwest Florida-Florida Growth Fund and Engage Florida Ventures, both managed by Frances Ann Capital Partners. These funds allow accredited and institutional investors to support operational companies in the region with strong growth strategies.

Our infrastructure brings together tools that previously existed independently into one cohesive platform, making it easier for alternative and venture capital to thrive in regions where it’s traditionally been difficult to establish. With a focus on key regional sectors like agriculture, water quality, tourism, and skilled trades, Cap Table Nation is helping shape a more resilient and inclusive economic future.

Why Southwest Florida?

Southwest Florida is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. Rich in business talent, mentorship, and community values. Yet, it lacked a formal venture capital infrastructure, until now.

With six counties aligned under one platform and capital partners ready to invest, we’re creating a region where investing grows wealth—and leaves a legacy.

Cap Table Nation was created by Gingras Global, one of the world’s first investor impact fund administrators. With over a decade of experience working exclusively in the impact sector, Gingras Global brings proven expertise, trusted systems, and a track record of helping investors and entrepreneurs achieve both financial and social returns.

This is not a solo effort. One of our infrastructure tools is helped local Advisory Tables. These are committees of economic leaders, city and county officials, and industry voices, ensuring we remain deeply connected to regional initiatives and responsive to community needs.

Alternative and Venture Capital

Alternative and venture capital exist to help startups and growing companies scale. These forms of financing are often directed toward businesses with high growth potential or a proven track record. Equity investment helps accelerate development, reduce failure rates, and make room for additional financing. For less-resourced companies, this capital is critical to building valuation and assets—rather than simply surviving. Angel investors and syndicate groups also play a key role in this space, offering early-stage capital and strategic support that can open doors to further growth.

Southwest Florida needs more access to this kind of capital.

In a region without a strong history or culture of venture investing, raising and deploying capital can be more challenging. Cap Table Nation is building the infrastructure to change that—making it easier to source quality deals, support fund operations, and reduce the cost of setting up and managing a fund. Whether you’re a VC, angel, or part of a syndicate group, we invite you to join the movement to bring long-term investment into Southwest Florida.
