Traction Report NO.4 - Victory Farms

We are excited to announce...

Victory Farms, an impact investment fund in Naples, Florida, has joined Cap Table Nation!

This fund plays a vital role in the sustainability of farming for Florida. Over the next 20 years, 50% of all US farmland is expected to change hands. There is a shortfall of younger participants with the expertise and capital to fill the void of retiring owner operators. Local farmers have limited options for exit strategies and they are running out of options to keep their farms operational.

Victory Farms acquires investments in conventionally managed operations and utilizes a value-add strategy through regenerative agriculture practices. The use of these regenerative practices reduces input costs and the risk of long-term production variability while positively affecting environmental conditions. These practices contribute to effective ecosystem conservation, securing the food supply, strengthening the economy, and tackling climate change by sequestering carbon emissions.

"The use of Cap Table Nation's investment infrastructure provides us as fund managers access and use of its comprehensive tools, saving us time and money. This allows us to focus on our mission to raise the fund so we can help save farms and create long-term environmental and social impact in Florida."

- Thomas Webb, Fund Manager

This $100M fund is currently raising capital through accredited investors, foundations, and donor directed funds. The fund is approved for charitable investing through donor-advised funds with partner AnchoRRa.

Cap Table Nation is proud and excited to have Victory Farms join the nation!
